Dan,
Caiques need lots of space, they are very active birds. Don't get them a small thing or they won't be happy.
Gizmo's cage is 20" X 20" X 24". The cage bar spacing (space between bars) is 1". This is the perfect cage for a caique.
The Forte Flight cage you listed would be OK as long as it meets size requirements I listed (which it seems to do, the bar spacing is less which is OK so long as her feet don't get caught between the bars either. I personally would get a cage with heftier bars spaced wider apart.) Don't get bars that are larger spaced because the bird may get her head caught between the bars and be injured or killed. 1" spacing is ideal.
Have you tried Ebay? There may be a good cage there. But if you get a used cage, you'll need to disinfect it thoroughly, you never know if the previous occupant had a disease and left germs in the nooks and crannies.
I know all this sounds confusing. But you want to buy the cage that suits the caique best so you don't have to buy another one to fix a mistake.
Go to my blog at http://jackalope.wordpress.com and leave a comment if you have questions. If you turn on your email link on your name, I'll just email directly to you.

You might be able to get a free one at http://www.freecycle.org/
You can find lots of people giving and getting good stuff. Just find your local reign.

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong area, but I'm desperate for advice :>

Anyone that can post a good response with valuable advice, I would really appreciate it!

I am picking up my new caique in 10 days & I've been searching EVERYWHERE for a good cage. I don't have more than $200 to spend & none of my local bird/pet shops have any real parrot size cages.

The only adequate cage I've found is found at the top right corner of this page as the featured product http://www.bird-cage.com/ and it's called the Forte Flight Cage. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
