It looks like some type of dipper. Its a type of bird that hunts on top of rocks in fast moving water and as it hunts, it bobs its body up and down in quick motions.
I’m not sure what type of bird this is, but it resembles my ex-mother in-law a little! Seriously, I hope someone could tell me what kind of bird this is!
