What a gorgeous vine. What is botanical name? Need both genus and species so I can find a source.

hi i love this plant i have been looking for a place that sells them for a few years i found one in up state new york but it was all green nothing as beautiful as this parrot plant i live in florida is there a place where i can buy it or send for it? any information would be wonderful thank you very much
