Looks like some sort of vulcher.
Domestic Muscovy Duck. It’s really strange for it to be that far north, but I’d recognize those things anywhere. They’re all over the place here in south Florida. Here are some pics from wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscovy_Duck
